Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure that every customer receives sports equipment in good condition. All items are carefully inspected before shipment.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for:

  • Items with confirmed manufacturing defects; or
  • Size exchanges that meet the terms stated below.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos for review.

All approved returns or exchanges must be in their original condition, including:
  • Original packaging
  • Tags and labels
  • All included accessories
Items that are used, worn, washed, altered, or modified are not eligible for return or exchange.

2. Size Exchange Policy
Size exchanges for eligible products are allowed within 7 days of receipt, subject to the following conditions:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability
  • If the replacement item is of higher value, a top-up payment is required
  • If the replacement item is of lower value, no refund of the price difference will be provided
  • Items showing signs of wear, sweat marks, dirt, damage, or modification are not eligible for exchange.
3. Racquet Policy (Strict Policy)
Racquets that have been strung (whether by us or by the customer) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange, as they are considered used or customized.
If you discover any issue with a racquet before stringing, please notify us immediately for assistance.

4. Non-Defective Returns
Returns are not accepted for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Incorrect size or model selected by the customer (exchange only, if conditions are met)
Used, worn, altered, or modified items are not eligible for return or exchange.

5. Return Process for Defective Items
For items approved for return due to confirmed manufacturing defects:
  1. The item must be sent to our designated return address
  2. The item must be securely packaged for transit
  3. Upon inspection, a one-to-one replacement will be arranged (subject to availability)
  4. If a replacement is unavailable, we will assist with the best possible alternative of similar value.
If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer the best possible alternative of similar value or proceed according to our refund policy.
Return shipping costs for defective items will be handled on a case-by-case basis, subject to approval.

6. Exchanges at Retail Store (If Applicable)
Customers may opt to exchange items at our physical retail store by:
  1. Bringing the item and original receipt
  2. Allowing our staff to inspect the item for eligibility
If the replacement item is:
  1. Higher in value → price difference must be paid
  2. Lower in value → no cash refund will be provided
If no retail outlet is accessible, exchanges may be arranged via courier.

7. Refund Policy
As a general policy, we do not offer cash refunds.
Refunds are only applicable in exceptional circumstances where a replacement or exchange is not available or feasible, subject to management approval.
Any approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method used during checkout, in accordance with payment gateway requirements, for easier tracking of money movement.
