Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to ensure that every customer receives sports equipment in good condition. All items are checked carefully before shipment.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns or exchanges only for:

  • Items with confirmed manufacturing defects, or
  • Size exchanges that meet our terms.
If you believe your item has a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photos or videos for our team to review.

All items must be returned in their original condition, including:
  • Original packaging
  • Tags and labels
  • All included accessories
Used, worn, or modified items cannot be returned or exchanged.

2. Size Exchange Policy
We allow size exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following terms:
  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability.
  • If the new size or item is higher in value, a top-up is required.
  • If the new size or item is lower in value, no refund of the difference will be provided.
  • Items that show signs of use, wear, sweat marks, dirt, damage, or modification are not eligible for exchange.
3. Racquet Policy (Strict Policy for Racquets)
Racquets that have been strung (whether by us or by the customer) are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Once a racquet has been strung, it is considered used or customized and cannot be accepted back under any circumstances.
If you discover any issue with a racquet before stringing, kindly inform us immediately.

4. Non-Defective Returns
We do not accept returns for:
  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Wrong size or model chosen by customer (only exchange allowed if terms are met)
Used, worn, altered, or modified items cannot be exchanged or returned under any circumstances.

5. Return Process for Defective Items
If your item is approved for return due to a confirmed defect:
  1. Send the item to our designated return address.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packaged for transit.
  3. After inspection, we will arrange a one-to-one replacement (subject to availability).
  4. If a replacement is unavailable, we will assist with the best possible alternative of similar value.
6. Exchanges in Retail Store (If Applicable)
If you prefer to exchange the item at our physical retail store:
  1. Bring the item you wish to exchange along with your original receipt.
  2. Inform our staff that you wish to perform an exchange.
  3. Our staff will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions.
  4. Select the replacement item based on stock availability.
  5. If the replacement item is higher in price, the difference must be paid.
  6. If the replacement item is lower in price, no cash refund will be provided.
If there is no retail outlet near your location, you may proceed with an exchange via courier. 7. Refund Policy

Only replacement exchanges are provided for confirmed defective items or eligible size exchanges.
